BBMMDCL Drop Cheek Light Moulded Mullen
Description
The Drop Cheek Lite was a recent development, due to Bomber doing some race horse bitting in Hong Kong. He found about 30% of horses had a very low cheek bone or molars, combined with a short smile… meaning distance between the top of the purchase and mouthpiece needed to be minimised…
There is also an interesting ‘half spoon’ effect from the cheekpiece continuing below the mouthpiece
The moulded mouthpiece has been uniquely shaped and flattened. It is angled at 45 degrees to offer an exceptionally soft and evenly distributed pressure over and around the tongue.
Especially good for the horse that objects to metal or when you have tried every kind of bit without luck.
The internal flexible stainless-steel cable core has been injection moulded with a bespoke non-toxic, UV resistant, FDA approved flexible synthetic material.
The Bombers moulded material has been uniquely developed, to ensure 3 key attributes; texture, durability and comfort.
As with all our steel components, the cable core and cheek piece will be covered by our lifetime guarantee.
The Bombers Lifetime Guarantee does not extend to materials that can be chewed
Bomber’s latest development made with a rubbery texture that can sustain some chewing. It is designed to give accepted spread tongue pressure with minimal bar pressure. Recommended for the sensitive fussy mouth or where there is bar damage
