FLEX ON CONCEPT
Each horse and rider combination ignites unique sensations, flex on allows the rider to enhance this experience.
All flex-on products have been designed To offer the highest level of shock absorption, the elastomers Reduce the physical on the rider, helping to prevent fatigue and injury.
BIOMECHANICAL STUDY OF STIRRUPS
Flex-on Called on sport-controle, a recognised agency specialising in medical and health assessment, to perform a study to find out whether using the flex-on stirrup could hep to reduce rider joint fatigue and damage.
Performed two specific tests:
TEST 1
Decreased joint fatigue / comfort throughkinematic analysis of 3
male riders and 3 different levels: beginner, intermediate and pro,
and 1 intermediate level female rider.
TEST 2
Vibration absorption / comfort through the analysis of data
provided by a combination of accelerometer worn by a rider while
performing 5 different gaits (walk, trot, gallop, extended gallop and
jumps).
CONCLUSION OF THE STUDY :
Whether through kinematic analysis or vibration analysis, Flex-on stirrups
emerge as the most suitable for riding. They are generally the ones that best absorb vibrations in the different joints. They make it possible to reduce the burden of muscle work and facilitate postural alignment.
The angle of the Flex-on stirrup tread also plays a role. The results suggest that the Flex-on design is technically relevant.
GREEN COMPOSITE 2 combines comfort and performance It provides a good stability for and perfect position of the leg.
While providing improved technical performance in terms of shock absorption and ergonomics,

• Spring steel frame :
- Hot forged and treated against oxidation for strength and longevity.
- Overmolded with an
environmentally-sourced polyamide
material.
• Interchangeable kits :
- footbed inserts : standard grip or ultra-grip (adhesion +)
- Magnetic stickers
• Footbed inclined, flat or endurance
• Offset slot for the stirrups leather (encourages optimum leg position
for better connection)
• Can be
customised
How does stirrup hire work?
Stirrups are paid for in full at the time of order with a 10 day trial. The trial will start on the day that you receive them, if you return them to us at the end of the trial and they are not suitable the value of the stirrups is refunded less a £20 hire fee. The trial pair you will receive are completely black, if you are happy with the stirrups and would like us to order a pair that are personalised to you then please let us know during or at the end of the trial. Please note that all trial stirrups are the inclined footbed however if you would like your personalised pair to be flat bed this can be specified. There are various colour options for the frame, elastomers and also the magnets
