80237P NS Tranz Angled Lozenge Pelham

£150.00

Description

Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge Pelham 16mm - 7cm cheeks.

Very beneficial for horses that lean in a standard pelham. New lightweight, elegant cheek design.

Very popular in the show ring incorporating the NS Trans Angled Lozenge Mouthpiece. This Pelham is designed to be comfortable promoting a round outline and lift up from the shoulder. Often sourced for control and self-carriage, this Pelham usually gives more feel and response as opposed to a standard solid mouthpiece that often encourages fixing and blocking culminating in a 'wooden' feel.

Customer Reviews

Average customer rating:

Just to let you know that I’ve been extremely pleased with the Neue Schule jointed Pelham which you sent me to trial, therefore I shall be keeping it.

My chunky maxi cob hunts reasonably in a NS tranz angled Universal unless we have a particularly fast day when I return home with her mouth slightly chafed in the corners from the loose rings.
This Pelham has cured the problem being a fixed bit, yet the mouthpiece has remained the same as the Universal which she gets on so well with so I’m really pleased.
I’d actually go as far as saying that I have a tad more control hunting with the Pelham plus elastic curb on one rein with roundings, than with the Universal, one rein on lowest ring plus leather curb strap.
She’s not a strong horse day to day, just gets enthusiastic at times out hunting so it’s nice to know that I shall be all set in the bit dept. for next season!

Many thanks for your telephone advise and excellent service.

If your horse tends to lean on your hands, then i would definatley recommend this bit, really cant believe what a big difference it has made i'm well impressed. At first i was affraid only because of the name pelham and my horse has such a soft mouth.
Thanks to the horse bit bank for their advice,so glad that my horse is a happy chappy.
